Terms of use

Use DocuZeus only for documents and workflows you are authorized to process. Operators should configure retention, access, legal-hold, security-contact, and provider policies before enabling public registration.

Public-account baseline

  • Email verification and password recovery must be configured for public signup.
  • Document processing may create derivative files, revisions, snapshots, and job artifacts.
  • Destructive actions should be reviewed before execution and remain subject to retention policy.
